- If its truly free, how do you guys make money?
- We charge the customer for the convenience of using our platform. Then we pay VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover on your behalf and keep the difference. We also have paid tiers that are completely optional for better features and quicker, dedicated support, but they're always at a flat rate so you know what to expect.
- How long does the process take to get started?
- Honestly, it depends on a number of factors. How complex your menu is, what types of detailed configurations that are needed, and how complicated equipment hookups are. Typically we turn around a new restaurant from first greeting to accepting orders in 2-7 days.
- I need a custom feature, can you do that?
- Yes! Our roadmap details new features and when we expect them to release. If you need something that isn't on the list, or you'd like to see something released sooner, we can discuss it with you. Premier is the best way to get feature requests prioritized or added to the list. Average wait time for new features on premier is 4 days, compared to around 6 weeks.
