Do you have to pay for premier to get support?
No! We provide support for all customers on all plans. Premier includes priority support and feature requests, to reach our teams even faster, for operations that are more complex.
Are there any more fees? Any hidden ones?
We don't hide any fees, but we do have minor passthrough card network fees totalling around $20 a month or so. These are not per transaction and never increase for how many sales you do online
So how do you make money?
We charge the customer for the convenience of using our platform. Then, we pay VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover on your behalf and we make the difference between what the customer paid and what the card networks charged us.
