Are there any other fees?
Unfortunately, yes. We have fees from the card brands that we pass through on to you, but these are minimal, and not per transaction. These fees end up being about $22 a month extra. With a large enough operation, we’re willing to waive these fees for you (in form of a statement credit) – get in touch to discuss possible solutions.
Do I have to pay for premier to get support?
No, of course not! All technical support (and fixing things when they break) is completely free for all plans. Premier just changes how you pay for our time for the high level stuff. Traditionally, we bill $1/minute for what we call managed support – redoing your menu, making visual changes on your behalf, writing and injecting custom code, etc… Premier includes 300 minutes of this type of support, while other plans would pay extra for this type of support ($1/minute)
Let’s say you are making a major menu adjustment, which requires 90 minutes of our time to implement on the site.
Without premier, you pay $1 a minute for our time to make those adjustments, but we’ll still always be there to help.
With premier, you don’t pay us for any of that, saving you, in this case, $90.
After premiers 300 minute cap is reached, premier customers are billed 50 cents a minute.
All technical support and fixing things when they break is fully included in all plans.
